  • Moms w/nannies: Can you please tell me how much you are paying per hour for 2 toddlers? Thank you so much. Need the input as we are determining what's fair & respectful w/our own nanny.

    • I have one toddler and one on the way. We pay $13/hr for full-time and $15/hr for occasional babysitting. I am planning to raise to $15/hr for 2 kids for full-time and $18/hr for occasional.
