Need advice on letting nanny go. She has worked for us for 15 months and we absolutely love her, but I lost my job a while ago, and we just can't afford to keep her on. Never dreamt it would take this long for me to find work and still nothing. How much notice do we need to give her? How much severance? I feel so horrible! Hoping to keep her on for a day a week until she can find something else.
