When you could breath a sign of relief that you dc is not autistic. Is it after 2.5 or 3?

- I never had that pleasure with no 1, DC was autistic. But with number 2 I relaxed around 3.5/4yrs old

    - Between 9-12 mos. Personality changed. Lost ability to babble, never developed any words. No stranger anxiety, no interest in other children as he got older, no interest in sibs, needed tons of sensory input, I could go on and on...

- I noticed that most people 'notice' something is off with their child within the first year, almost every account I've read.

- Dc is 13 months, but I am already pretty confident he is not autistic. He doesn't have a single suspicious sign, and a certified child development person (gf of a family friend, who happened to see him) commented that he is absolutely fine. So I guess after 12mo I stopped thinking about it.
