    • yes, they are. Astragalus drops really help. The supplement L-tyrosine also worked wonders for me. I recommend you read a good nutritionist book, such as "You are what you eat", which has excellent advice on the benefits of many supplements.

    • just remember that this isn't a quick fix. You have to stick with a supplement program for awhile before they build up in your body and start to make a difference.
