  • I need some help. My birth went horribly wrong. We still don't know if my son will suffer any adverse effects. How does one go about investigating malpractice? Does anyone have a good malpractice attourney recommendation? I just need to talk to someone to find out more.

    • so sorry this happened. But you should be aware that if your ds has not suffered any adverse effects, there is nothing to sue for. You have to have "damages" in order to sue? What are the damages?
