  • Landlord who was on the other day. Would you take a 690 credit score. Also which one do you rely on there are three different reports?

    • banks look at the lower of the two middle scores for a husband and wife when qualifying borrowers for a mortgage

    • I don't think 690 is horrible. It's marginal. However, if you're a landlord I would focus more on bill paying abilities and if the tenant has a record of paying rent and utilities on time.

    • these days they probably would.690 is considered good not great. They need to fill apts
