    • Network and word-of-mouth is the best way. Approach Spanish speaking nannies on the playground and friends who have Spanish-speaking nanny. They tend to know each other, often though ESL classes and personal relationships, family members, etc. We love our Spanish-speaking nanny and the kids understand Spanish and speak it, even though she speaks English 70% of the time. They love her Spanish lullabies.
