Anyone have success potty training a 2.3 year old boy? He's #2, so figuring it might be easier since he sees his older sister...(though I didn't train her until three). Would like to train earlier because I'm expecting #3, but don't want to set myself up for disaster. With DD, it took a week with very little relapse or follow-up.

    • i would let it go til about 3 - i was pregnant with #3 when my middle one was just about to turn 3 and we waited til she turned 3 to train her - and it didn't take long - i wouldn't rush it

    • A friend of mine did with her son (she has a four year old as well). The boys are naked almost all the time, and sometimes the little one pees on the floor, but he mostly makes it to the toilet.

    • i'd rather train at 2.3 and clean up occasional accidents for even 2 months, then spend another 9 months buying and changine diapers!
