put house on the market last year. held steady at a price while the market tanked - against our realtor's wishes. reason was i didn't want to move where dh wanted to (another city/suburb). i told him to refy in october when our listing expired so we could consolidate debt and he still hasn't done it! for some reason he has "control" over this, yet he procrastinates! now we are in the minus each month:( jerk
