  • need recommendation for girlie restaurant (mid $) in midtown east tonight with bff who is in town.

    • I just ate at Sinigual with a friend. It's not girlie, although it's not not girlie, and it fits the other criteria.

      • Thanks. I will check it out. I usually have to select restaurants based on how much food they serve when i go out with dh. he thinks "pretty" restaurants don't serve proper portions.

    • If you eat girlie (ie split and have a a great margarita) Rosa is pretty reasonable (east 57th); for good different Japanese, try SEO (east 50th), (great non-sushi options)
