I'm on first round of Clomid (50mg) and this morning's u/s showed 2 follicles at 25mm and 20mm. Haven't gotten the surge on OPK yet but assume it'll happen in a day or 2. Anyone have follies this size and have luck getting pregnant? TTC for almost a year and trying to stay positive. Thanks!

- I think it is great that you have 2. Not sure on the size but I have had 2 successful pregnancies with Clomid. Never had 2 follicles. Try to relax and good luck. Also, FWIW, I think it does help to lay in bed with legs up a bit after sex.
