        • np: You need to tell us how close you want to be (walking distance?) And, your budget. I mean, brownstones in surrounding neighborhoods, even in this declining market, tend to be 1.5 - 2 million and those are the ones that need work.

        • Why not the Heights? It's the best one. Awesome neighborhood. Cobble Hill is fine too, Boerum Hill is in walking distance.
