that's not bad. in los angeles, the don't send out acceptance letters until the friday before spring break. no one can contact the schools for 2 weeks.

When I grew up in LA no one actually cared about education. It was all about the entertainment industry, the car you drove, and proximity to the beach.
[ Reply | Options ]NP. I think a lot of people here don't care about education either. They view the school their DCs attend as indicator of status, much like a car, or proximity to the beach. Either that, or they think of it, falsely, as some kind of ticket to a top-ranked college or university. People here are no better than people in LA.

Not true, last year it was crazy on Saturday & most people get most of the letters on Saturday.
