        • ny Board of Ed has become adamant about adhering to their Dec cut-off, making red-shirting a non-option. In some cases it happens with recommendations from Principal, Teacher and possibly evals from clinicians.

          • Yes, but in privates schools the majority of student turn six either before entering K, or in the first four or five months.
