  • People who know Westport, CT: What can a family of 3 get there for maybe 650-700K in a safe neighborhood? We'd need a solid public school too. Is this doable?

    • All the schools in Westport are good and it is a very safe town. You could find a house for that with less land, further from the train and perhaps needing some work. That said, if you are willing to add a bit to your commute Wilton and Westport will get you a lot more for your money.

    • all the schools are good. That price will get you 3 or 4 bedroom modest ranch that needs updating on a small lot. Agree with poster above, plus add Weston, Easton, and Redding to your list. All have excellent schools. You'll get more house and more importantly more land for the same price.
