    - That is what I think & what I have read a couple of places, but if you find a good deal now - I see no reason not to move - that is if you are buying to live for the long-term.

i'd start looking now.

Start poking around now, begin a serious search around March

i'm a quick decision-maker (decider?). do you think the market will be best for buyers around May/June?

That is what I think & what I have read a couple of places, but if you find a good deal now - I see no reason not to move - that is if you are buying to live for the long-term.
