Repost because I went to bed last night... I am 5'11" and have recently lost a lot of weight. I am starting to think I have become obsessed. I hit my goal weight and now just want to lose another 20lbs. Does this sound like the start of a problem?

      • I weigh 150 now lost 75lbs. Am 5'11" and I swim or do yoga 6 days a week. I eat healthy now.

        • You sound fine but I would not lose more than 10 more pounds. 130 is really thin for your height and you want to be at a weight you can maintain. Keep up the good work and incorporate it into a lifesyle
