Repost because I went to bed last night... I am 5'11" and have recently lost a lot of weight. I am starting to think I have become obsessed. I hit my goal weight and now just want to lose another 20lbs. Does this sound like the start of a problem?

I had this problem after db. I was down to 110 (5'2" and very muscular-10% body fat) and then wanted to be down to 105. 105 was just too skinny for me.. I hardly ate. Luckily I caught it before it became an eatinf disorder. You have to take control over it before you are weighing yourself everytime you go to the bathroom
