  • Childcare options - live out nanny vs. live in vs. au pair

    • how old are kids. If school age and home big enough i would go for au pair. If under 5yo, live out.

      • np: I think au pair is great with younger kids if you work part-time or not at all. If you both work full time au pair with young kids is a bit of a gamble. And you have to have enough space, obviously.
