  • Does anyone have opinion on Chabad House Preschool For The Arts on W. 19th St.? We are deciding between that and Buckle My Shoe. We aren't religious ..

      • do you know from first hand experience about either place? I am Jewish so not too concerned about the religious aspects of PSA - its just not a priority for me. I read some neg. things about Buckle My Shoe on here but no specifics

    • If you are not religious you should go with Buckle. There are many Jewish holidays that Chabad will be closed for that you probably are not even aware of.

    • My DS went to Buckle My Shoe. It's a decent preschool based on Reggio Emilio principles. The West Village location is small (only three classes with 10 kids each) but very cozy. The new head teacher is really good.
