Any suggestions for a place where we can rent out a room for a 4yo birthday party on the UWS? Liked Claremont but thought it was a little too noisy. TIA!

  - I don't think Westside Y lets you rent out except for ages 5 and up. You can also rent out the room at Congregation Habonim on W. 66 St. I think it is $350.
