need help-- my obgyn, Dr. David Seubert, is very suddenly leaving his practice and I am in my 7th month. Seubert delivered my son 2 yrs ago and I am disappointed that he is leaving, but I need to find a new obgyn that takes BC/BS. Please provide recommendations for doctors in manhattan.

OP: I delivered at NYU with my first and had a fine exeperience-- L&D nurses were great, but PP nurses left something to be desired. I have heard similar complaints from friends and posters on UB with respect to every hospital, so I was thinking I wanted to stay with NYU because it's familiar, but I am open to suggestions. My doctor made recommendations, but most of them were for practices that do not take BC/BS. The only exception was NY Midtown OB/GYN (Drs. Anzai, Benedetto and Cheon). Benedetto does not take BC/BS, but Anzai and Choen do. I made an appointment this morning, but wanted to see about other suggestions in case I am not comfortable with them.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
