i have let myself turn into a fat slob - i started exercising again today...but i need a diet fast - no ww - i can't do it; south beach or abs diet? i've dropped weight fast with sb before...but maybe wnat to try something new...any thoughts?

Why so harsh on yourself? It's so weirdly masochistic. Would you talk to another person that way? If you really want to be healthy, change your habits. Be patient. Changing habits takes a long time -- 3 to 5 years, typically. If you can't change your habits, maybe you just don't really want to be healthy. And why is that?

"Diets" don't work. Eat clean and healthy (no evening snacking!), cardio 4-5 times a week, weight training 3-4 times a week.
[ Reply | Options ]i know and i am going to do all of that...but i also need a quick fix...it's to the point i can't fit into my pants and i refuse to go by a bigger size right now
[ Reply | Options ]Fine--here is my quick fix. Eliminate carbs from diet for 7 days, with the exception of bowl of breakfast oatmeal. Eliminate all refined sugars and anything fried for 7 days. Caloric intake per day should not go over 1500 calories. Try to drink a gallon of water each day including 8 oz. BEFORE you have a meal. Eat 5 small "meals" of 300 calories each. Try to do your cardio in the evening.
