  • Budget for furnishing a 3bed house from scratch? Lets say pottery barn quality? Would you say 25K is enough (including all bedding, ready made panel curtains etc)?

    • That seems very low. Consider 3-5 k. for bedrooms alone (mattress, bureau, nightstand)

      • Agree with above. We did pottery barn living room last year (sofa, coffee table, and desk only) and it was over $5k
