So if someone makes 2m a year on avg and has 3m in the bank and a 1.5m mortgage, 13K in mthly housing costs, 35K in nanny costs, can they afford a vacation home? If so how much can they afford (conservatively)on a vacation house? Trying to help a friend decide who is nervous but wants a break from the city. THX
