Need opinion. Have 1 healthy 2 year old. Had a miscarriage before she was born. got pregnant this may and miscarried. went to an RE and did all the testing and everything is fine, they tested the fetus, came back fine. the RE has been doing a monitored cycle of clomid. I am supposed to go back tomorrow as I have 1 follicle that is 18mm and one that is 13 mm as of today. my husband and i have gotten pregnant relatively quickly in the past. would you try a cycle of timed intercourse or just jump to the IUI with the clomid. My levels are all fine. I can't decide and keep going back and forth.

that's what i wanted to do, but my husband said that he would rather try naturally. however, if i want to do the IUI he would. he doesn't like having to you know in a cup. part of me says to try naturally this month, the other part says to just do what will work the best. I can't decide.

Oh and when my friend had IUI, doc told them to go home and have sex. This way, dad never knows for sure and its easier to make peace with.
[ Reply | Options ]I am not sure about anything regarding the IUI procedure. Up until recently, I wanted to just have timed intercourse. Part of me just thinks to try one month and next month do the IUI. the other part of me just isn't sure. My husband just feels that we have no problem getting pregnant, it's sustaining the pregnancy that is the issue.
