  • Anyone have experience with breech baby successfully turned by doctor and subsequent vaginal delivery? I am 35 weeks and baby is breech. Any natural things I can do?

    • My grandmother gave birth to a breech at home! I wish more doctors would let you try. Good luck!!!

    • mia a lila wellness (a doula who teaches yoga too) might have some exercises. but seriously, make sure your ob/midwife knows what is happening. this was my dc and they couldn't see the cord in ultrasounds, so didn't recommend turning baby. I had a c-it was more imp for me to have a safe db than the type of birth I'd envisioned. either way, gl. you will be a mom soon!

    • You can try a homeopathic remedy. It's called pulsitilla and you can find it at whole foods. My baby turned breech a week before her delivery. Also, you may want to try tracing a very bright light (strong penlight or flashlight) slowly from the top of your tummy to the bottom. Babies are attracted to bright lights. I also sat in a very warm bath with a bag of frozen veggies where her head was. Baby may move her head to the warmer temperature and away from the frozen veggies.
