    • I only warmed it in the winter. Then I just ran the bottle under hot water for a little while. Heats up fast - just enough to knock the chill off

      • thanks. So you think it's worth it to have dh do it at night, or will waiting for this with baby crying will wake me up anyway...?

        • totally worth it. Even if you wake up, you can go back to sleep instead of getting up! I always got up since DH worked and I didn't but if we were both employed he would have done it at least half the time! Good DH!

    • It only takes a couple of minutes to warm if you run it under hot sink water. Introduce the bottle in the morning, for the first feed. Db is so hungry (s)he will take anything usually.

    • they say a good bottle is around midnight...that way you go to bed early and DH waits up. My only advice is to consistently introduce the bottle or you may end up in my situation where db refused the bottle and I could never leave for more than three hours.

      • op: sorry to hear that... how old was db when you introduced? how consistently/inconsistently did you do it?

    • op: one more question: can I leave a bottle at room temprature (either freshly pumped or from fridge) for the night near dh?
