    • Have you read any Ellyn Satter books? CHILD OF MINE and HOW TO GET YOUR CHILD TO EAT BUT NOT TOO MUCH? Great, great tips on feeding and how to do so in a way that is sane for both you and dd. (PS If you keep giving her cookies no wonder she fills up on them!)

        • I think her suggestion is to set reg. scheduled mealtimes, eat in the highchair (like no running around house snacking, etc), offer an array of healthy tasty stuff (including stuff your dd likes) and leave her alone. You may need to offer less milk, isn't there a limit over which it fills them up too much? I am sure you can find this out in the AAP book.
