I'm a wimp with my nanny and it really bothers me. I never really say what I mean because I think of it later. For instance, we're going away for three weeks on wednesday and she asked me for Tuesday off bcse it's her bday. I said yes, even though I have a drs appt and want help packing up. I need to grow a spine.
