  • did anyone else totally skip "nursery" decorating with dc #2? I just feel like what's the point of the matching wall art, rug, bedding, painting etc.? He'll move to a new room in a year (when our renovations are done) and won't remember any of this anyway. Am I bad mom?

    • I spent a lot of time picking paint that would carry through until whenever. and that's about it. It's so full of books and toys any thing else "decor" wise would just get lost.

    • sure. our db's first room was a crib in our room and now has a converted dining room in a small 1br. We live pretty simply, so we skipped the nursery thing.
