UrbanBaby - Day camp ends in mid August. School does...

Day camp ends in mid August. School doesn't begin until Sept. What am I going to do with my 5 year old? His grandparents babysit and they are not looking forward to babysitting him full time for 2 weeks. Are there "mini-camps" somewhere on the LES/Chinatown area?

  - DH can take 1-2 days. We've both taken a lot of vacation days to bring him on school trips in pre-K. We've already taken our annual summer vacation, too.

- There is something called Corbins Crusaders check them out. They have bussing as well.

- chinatown ymca runs camps throughout the summer. ime, they cater more to working parents (such as running camps through labor day). childrens aid society might be good too. chelsea piers, super soccer stars. citibabes might have something too

Can DH take vacation as well?
