  • I have 30 lbs to lose after having db and it is so irritating to me that everyone tells me I don't need to lose it, I could afford to gain it, etc. By any stretch I am firmly overweight and I want to tell people I don't see it as a reflection on my self-worth so they can cut the crap.

    • Do what you need to do to feel good about yourself. Generally people who say things like that are jealous that you are thin and have motivation to stay that way. Just say you plan to get back to your pre-preg weight. Who are they to say what weight you should be?
