  • The bronx zoo website says if you take the train to fordham you then have to take the bus from the station to the zoo. anyone know how long this takes? can we walk it? thanks!

    • Which train is that? We take the subway (#2, there is also #5 stop there) and it's definitely within walking distance, 3 blocks IIRC.

    • We take subway all the time, take the 2 or 5 to West farm squaare/east treemont avenue. then just walk to zoo. It takes five minutes to walk from subway.
