toddler toys - what are your recommendations for a 2 year old boy?
20 replies [ Reply | Watch | Options ]my 2 yo is obsessed with cars/trucks/trains... matchbox cars, the Fisher Price garage, trains, train tracks, trucks that have trailers attached that carry cars (he's especially obsessed with cars that ride on trucks- nirvana for him). There is a cute Richard Scarry book that folds out into a train- he loves that book. Blocks or legos too.

[ Reply | Options ]There are a ton. Fisher Price has GeoTrax which my ds likes. (Not as en vogue as Thomas, but less $$). Thomas also has a plastic RR which seems less $$ than the wooden one.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
