Help: Sorry for semi-annoying medical question but need some advice. Every morning I wake up with a friggin' stiff neck, both sides, tense, sore. I do have TMJ issues, but I *think* it has something to do with pillow number/configuration. I haven't changed anything, but has any one experience this? What worked? Yoga stretches help, by the end of the day my neck feels fine. Just want to correct whatever it is that's clearly happening when I sleep. Sorry to be boring, but I am in pain!

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
