Here is an observation: all women who attended all-women's colleges(even if it was 20 or 30 years ago) are all crazy (more vicious, more defensive, more competitive) in the same way. This holds true even if they attended college 10, 20 or even 40 years ago. Yay or nay?

i'm sorry. i have had bad and strange experiences with women who went to women's colleges that i have never had with other women. they are super intelligent, competent, gracious, etc. until that moment when they sense something in me (what, I dont know) - then everything swerves into this strange, defensive competition (?? or something, i don't know what). they are very quick with undermining comments, veiled insults, etc. and i am not always sure if they realize that they are suddenly being unkind. it feels like some sort of defense mechanism that switches on automatically. i have ONLY had this problem with women who went to women's colleges. i am not saying they are all like this - but the experiences i have had all had the same "flavor" in that i didn't quite understand what where they were coming from. they are also verrryyy free with dirty looks.
