  • 7 y/o ds wants to see The Dark Knight - It's PG 13 but he's been to other actions movies with this rating. Would you or have you taken your dcs to see this movie?

    • I have a 6 1/2 dd - no way would I take her (she wouldn't be interested, but regardless, even if she were a boy . . ) I have heard it is VERY DARK

    • My older nephews have seen these types of movies, but only at home. It may be too overwhelming in the theater. I'd advise against.

    • NO WAY, NO WAY, NO WAY. there is no blood per se, but there is LOTS of violence, implied violence and overt and implied sadism. this is NOT a movie for even 13 y/os, imho, but DEFINITELY not for 7 y/o.
