any accountant moms on? i have a bs in math and experience on wall street. it's crazy but i've always wanted to be an accountant. can i just study for the CPA or do i have to do schooling...w/2 dc will be hard.

honestly, accounting has nothing to do with liking math. i thought that and studied accounting only to find out that I HATED it. not sure what is required to take the cpa, but i doubt you can pull it off without the classes and/or work experience in accounting. friend just got her masters in accounting (which i told her was a mistake) and she works for a big firm and is miserable. the hours suck
