  • Who here is going to apply for tt privates this fall for summer bday dc?

            • I guess, but I have been told by friends who work there now that uninvolved leg is almost counted against you. What about you, are you going to apply to a TT? There is no reason not to if you like a school

    • we are only applying to tt Dalton, Trinity, Brearly and Spence. No connections but zoned for 6 and feel that only these schools are worth the money.

    • My summer bday dc went to preschool for an extra year and goes to a tt private. IMO, if you really want dc to thrive in private school you should wait the extra year.

    • Did it last year; DC headed for TT this fall. Notably, did not get into any of the 2d tier or 3d tier schools we applied to. Summer birthday is a case by case thing and does not relate to tiers in any way that I could figure out.
