Tips for 3yr old bday party in September? Only about 6 kids- thought about using our building's party room - what to do for entertainment? any ideas?

Duplex legos in one corner perhaps. A few plastic trikes or cars if you can get someone to loan them to you. And a plastic slide/gym set. And big balls to roll around.

[ Reply | Options ]Party for up to 10 runs about $500. CMOM does a wonderful job. You sit back and relax and they do it all for you. Including getting the cake.

this doesn't take long. 3yos are easy and only 6 is no problem at all. Fresh direct for food. If you don't mind paying extra, order toys for 2-day delivery (assuming it's a weekend party?). Or if you have a car, drive out to big toysrus and get balls, etc. You could also have a book-read-aloud party and give out books and coloring books.

When I ride in a taxi cab with my DC I:
- Use a carseat
- Buckle him/her in his/her own seat
- Hold him/her on my lap
- I'd never ride in a taxi with my DC, it's much too dangerous!
