      • Ditto. 4 wks postpartum, and it's much, much better. I've been doing tons of kegels, and I think that helps a lot.

    • It's your pelvic floor. Seriously traumatized by stretching throughout pregnancy and further through delivery. Check out www.hab-it.com for some great information. It's muscular, you just have to get that muscle tone back, but it takes more than Kegels!!!

    • Bladder and anal incontinence are the dirty little secrets of childbirth. But just try finding a doctor or women who will warn you. Docs are afraid it will look like they're trying to "medicalize" the sacred birthing process and women won't tell you because then they'd have to admit that after delivering their sweet bundle of joy naturally, they can no longer hold in their farts, pee, or poos. Totally gross. If you're done having kids, then get surgery to address prolapse of bladder/rectum. Good luck. Spread the word about the truth of vaginal delivery.
