  • are the fountains at the amnh stroller accessible? are they part of the museum or part of theodore roosevelt park? thanks

    • you can carry them up 2 flights without going into the museum. Or, you can pay to go in the museum and get there w/o the stairs

    • They're accessible to the public w/o paying entry fee to museum. You have to walk up the steps

    • Part of the museum. Yes, you can get up there using an elevator that's just inside the museum. The entrance for the elevator is on COlumbus around 79th (you'll see a work of art made out of metal by the entrance). Tell the security guard you just want to take the elevator up to the fountains.
