  • I am going in tomorrow for a d&c. How long should I expect to be there? Also what should I expect to feel after?

    • I'm sorry. I had one under general anesthesia. Are you doing this in an OR? I went first thing in the am and didn't get back until 4 or 5, but waited a while for the dr. in the beginning. I rested the entire next day but actually, didn't feel too bad and not much bleeding. Worst thing was very sore throat from the breathing tube they used.

    • I'm sorry for your loss, I had general and had to wait a while after waking up becuase blood pressure was low - so you never know. I went in first thing in morning, probably got home about 4 ish
