The so called "african study" was halted early. That skews the data. The circed men couldn't have sex for weeks, is another way the data "lie". This is a country that has a dozen practices that are risks for HIV transmission M to F as well, as F to M. Male circumcision *might* (not been shown) prevent F to M transmission of HIV. The Folks who thought this "study" up had two objectives 1) make routine infant circumcision (RIC) a custom in Africa, (normally it is done at ~13) and 2) obtain the infant foreskins that would become available. -The rate has been dropping in US, which worries companies that use them to test cosmetics, make human growth factor, or for skin replacement. -Exporting the practice to Africa also helps "normalize" Jewish circumcision, at least in some folk's minds. -Not mine!
[ Reply | Options ]..."normalize" Jewish circumcision as a practice. They are loathe to see it as amputation of the end of the penis, or genital mutilation, which it most assuredly is. -I come from a half Jewish family, and yes the bastards did get my foreskin. -I would MUCH rather have had it all these years. It makes a huge difference is sexual pleasure and sensitivity.

yes, of course you should. it's the hygienic thing to do. otherwise, there's a good chance he'll have to get it done later in life - a lot more traumatizing.

please. you are not really expecting any good answers to this question from this forum? people here are strangely anti-circumcision. i think they believe they're anti-conformist or something. no clue, because their argument make very little sense. just go to some reputable sites and decide for yourself.
[ Reply | Options ]why would you do that ? hygienic reasons do not hold in our society, if you teach the child how to wash himself. so what else ? do you know it is done only for religious reasons in Europe ?
[ Reply | Options ]do you have any idea what happens when men get older? i mean older - 60s/70s etc. water doesn't quite cut it - they get lots and lots of infections, scabs, and the genital area smells horrible. some actually have to get circumcised at that age. a friend of mine worked at a home for the elderly and was amazed at all the problems men with foreskin have.
[ Reply | Options ]This is true. Mine and my husband's families are Southern European and never even thought of this as an issue until they asked me at the hospital if I wanted my babies circ'd. Everyone has always been uncut. I've been with both cut and uncut men, and I prefer the uncut. Much more pleasurable. (I'm sure skill was a factor too though.)

one question for you: have you ever had sex with a man who wasn't circumcised? i tried it once, not into it at all.
