Those who've successfully lost weight: along with diet, do you find cardio or strength training more effective?

[ Reply | Options ]you have to do both. i once asked my post-baby trainer (a two week gift, thank you) if it would be better to jog for 30 min. or walk briskly for 45 min and he said walk... you have to put in the time to burn the calories, but more importantly to raise your metabolism., which is what muscles do as well
