  • Just had second miscarriage in a row. Any recurrent miscarriage moms on. Did you ever find a reason for them and did you ever have a healthy pregnancy?

    • had 3 m/cs (all chromosonal probs) then had twins with donor eggs. Make sure you get a pathology report & get a chrom scan

    • Have 2 db's and 2 miscarrages in a row and now pregnant (6mnths) with 3rd. I was given the option to test but just decided to try again a bit older(37&38) with the two msc's so figured the odd's were higher

    • Hi, I am terribly sorry for your loss. I had two, they were unrelated. The first, no cause found. The second, I had a d&c and did tissue testing on the fetus and found out it was a trisomy problem (3 chromosomes where there should only be two and if you have that, you are not going to turn into a human - with the exception of two specific, but that's another story. They say it is "incapatable with life". I went on to have a healthy baby. Your pregnancy innocence is now lost, but that doesn't mean that you won't have a baby. It will just be a very long, crazy road. Did you do any testing?

      • please get your facts straight. trisomy 21 is down syndrome. these children are very much human and clearly compatible with life.

        • I also had a trisomy problem & when I asked if there was any chance of the baby surviving they said there had never been a baby that lived past 21 weeks so that is probably the one she is talking about.

    • I had recurrent early miscarriages because of a luteal phase defect (not enough HCG produced by my luteum to sustain the implantation until the embryo starts producing its own, if I remember it correctly). Clomid and an HCG trigger got me past the hump.

    • i had 2 m/c after a easy, healthy pregnancy 2 yrs ago. i suggest you go to RE to be worked up as i did. even if nothing comes up as with me you will feel better trying again knowing what is going on. most m/c are chromosomal though.
