  • Have bone-in skin-on chicken breasts for dinner. Anyone have a good idea for how to cook them?

    • parmesan chicken - coat in melted butter mixed with dijon mustard. Have bread crumbs mixed with parm cheese and then roll the chiken in it. Bake at 350 for around 30-40 min depending on how big they are

    • wont'let me reply to you - im parmesan lady. No this is a bone in recipe. The baking time varies because of the size of the breasts-if you have seasoned bread crumbs even better. I would think more 40 min.

    • mix some herbs with softened butter and put the butter under the skin. then rub the outside with olive oil. roast at a high temp - like 450 - until done. about 30 minutes perhaps.

    • Put in a baking dish with potato wedges. Drizzle with Italian dressing and sprinkle on parm cheese. Bake at 350/375 for about an hour. I seem to do a different temp and cook time everytime and it always works.
