Have bone-in skin-on chicken breasts for dinner. Anyone have a good idea for how to cook them?

parmesan chicken - coat in melted butter mixed with dijon mustard. Have bread crumbs mixed with parm cheese and then roll the chiken in it. Bake at 350 for around 30-40 min depending on how big they are
[ Reply | Options ]wont'let me reply to you - im parmesan lady. No this is a bone in recipe. The baking time varies because of the size of the breasts-if you have seasoned bread crumbs even better. I would think more 40 min.
