My entire body aches, neck, back, legs. What could this be from?

No woods nyc here but I did walk for hours yesterday and may need to where more supportive shoes/sneakers.

she seems to have some sort of agenda. I vote for better shoes and if you aren;t used to walking that much, start more slowly and work up. I started running last summer and cound barely go 5 minutes. Now I am signed up for a 10K next month! Age has less to do with any thing than some youngsters think. I'm 45 and in great shape! ;-)
