dh has about 2mm in savings. don't worry, i have access to those accounts. however, i prefer to spend from my own savings (which has abt 15k) so i can monitor how i'm spending, how much i'm actually saving. last week, dh paid for a 6k cc bill drawing from my savings. would you ask him to put it back in?
